Product Description

Shell and tube Heat Exchanger because the temperature of the fluid inside and outside the tube is different, so the heat exchanger shell and tube bundle temperature is different. If the temperature difference between the two is large, there will be great thermal stress in the shell and tube heat exchanger, causing the tube to bend, break, or pull away from the tubesheet. Therefore, when the temperature difference between tube bundle and shell exceeds 50℃, appropriate compensation measures should be taken to eliminate or reduce the thermal stress. According to the compensation measures adopted, shell and tube heat exchangers can be divided into the following main types:

The tube plate at both ends of the tube bundle of fixed tube- Plate Heat Exchanger is integrated with the shell. The structure is simple, but it is only suitable for the heat transfer operation when the temperature difference between hot and cold fluid is not large, and the shell side does not need mechanical cleaning. When the temperature difference is slightly large and the shell side pressure is not too high, an elastic compensation ring can be installed on the shell to reduce the thermal stress.

(2) The tube plate at one end of the tube bundle of floating head heat exchanger can float freely, which completely eliminates the thermal stress; And the whole tube bundle can be taken out from the shell, easy for mechanical cleaning and maintenance. Floating head heat exchanger is widely used, but its structure is complex and its cost is high.

The U type tube heat exchanger each heat exchange tube is bent into U shape, both ends are respectively fixed in the same tube plate up and down two areas, with the help of the tube box separator is divided into import and export two rooms. This kind of heat exchanger completely eliminates the thermal stress, the structure is simpler than floating head type, but the pipe side is not easy to clean.

The eddy current hot film heat exchanger adopts the latest eddy current hot film heat transfer technology, which increases the heat transfer effect by changing the fluid movement state. When the medium passes through the surface of the eddy current tube, the tube surface will be strongly washed, so as to improve the heat transfer efficiency. Up to 10000W/m2℃. At the same time, this structure realizes the function of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and anti-scaling. The fluid channel of other types of heat exchanger is in the form of fixed direction flow, which forms a flow around the surface of the heat exchange tube and reduces the convective heat transfer coefficient.
