Product Description

The fin itself shall not break. 1.6 If the test fails, the annealing function must be enabled. 2 Heat affected zone -0.5mm ~ 0.5mm 3.2 pitch -0.2mm ~ 0.2mm 3.3 Fin and steel tube verticality -1 ~ 1 degree 3.4 Flatness of butt welding fin -0.2mm ~ 0.2mm thickness tolerance of fin itself except the height difference caused by 3.5 Butt welding fin height difference of the same group Except the height difference caused by the size tolerance of the fin itself, the height difference caused by the size tolerance of -0.2mm ~ 0.2mm 4 Welding speed Base tube diameter 25~51 fin thickness 2mm each pair of welding time less than 3 seconds excluding loading and unloading time and annealing time.
