Product Description

High frequency welded Fin Tube has many advantages, which can be summarized as beautiful appearance, novel and reasonable structure design, corrosion resistance and high pressure. At present, High Frequency Welded Fin Tube is mainly used in high-rise buildings and general construction of hot water and steam heating systems. The basic arrangement of high frequency welded fin tube is mainly S and L. At present, this product is one of the finned tube products widely used in the market. It is a high efficiency heat dissipation element improved by high frequency welding for the shortcomings of string and wound finned. The main function of high-frequency welded fin tube is to further improve the heat exchange efficiency, mainly by adding fins on the surface of the heat exchange tube, increase the surface area of the heat exchange tube, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the heat exchange efficiency. Hf welded finned tube is used to heat the outer surface of the steel strip and the steel pipe until the plastic state or melting while the steel strip is wound, and the welding is completed under a certain pressure.
It can be seen that the high-frequency welded fin tube belongs to a solid phase welding when welding. This welding method can obtain higher product quality, and is more advanced in productivity and automation. High frequency welding uses solid resistance heat as energy source. During welding, the resistance heat generated by high-frequency current in the workpiece heats the surface of the workpiece welding zone to a molten or nearly plastic state, and then applies (or does not apply) the forging force to achieve the metal bonding.
In the welding work, in the high-frequency welding process, usually can be divided into contact high-frequency welding and induction high-frequency welding according to the way in which the high-frequency current generates heat in the workpiece. Contact high frequency welding, high frequency current through mechanical contact with the workpiece and into the workpiece. During induction high frequency welding, the high frequency current produces induction current in the workpiece through the coupling effect of the external induction ring. High frequency welded fin tube is made of professional welding method.
