Advantages of U-tube Heat Exchanger - working principle introduction
The characteristics of U-tube heat exchanger are that the tube bundle can be freely expanded and telescopic, and the thermal stress will not be generated due to the temperature difference between the shell and tube, and the thermal compensation performance is good. The pipe is double pipe, the flow is longer, the flow rate is higher, the heat transfer performance is better; Strong pressure bearing capacity; U Tube bundle can be extracted from the shell, easy to repair and cleaning, and simple structure, low cost. However, it is inconvenient to clean the tube, and it is difficult to replace the tubes in the middle part of the tube bundle. Because the bending radius of the innermost tube can not be too small, the distribution tube in the center of the tube plate is not compact, so the number of tubes can not be too much, and there is a gap in the center of the tube bundle, so that the shell side fluid is easy to short-circuit and affect the shell side heat transfer.
U-tube heat exchanger advantages - what are the advantages
1. Compact structure, small shape, saving station room land area and building height (covers an area of about 1/2 of the general shell and tube heat exchanger, height can be reduced by 30~40%). Save construction investment, easy to design and layout, at the same time convenient operation.
2. Good heat exchange performance, low outlet temperature of heat medium, high utilization rate of heat energy, good energy saving effect. Good hydraulic characteristics, heat medium and heated water flow resistance is small, good energy saving effect.
3. High heat transfer coefficient, saving heat exchange area (TQN, TQK) Heat transfer coefficient (K value) of soda water exchanger than the actual use of plate soda water exchanger heat transfer coefficient is about twice, the heat exchange area can be reduced by 40~60%.
4. The condensate temperature discharged from the U-tube soda heat exchanger is low (TQK) series below 65℃, (TQN) series below 80℃, neither steam leakage loss, nor need to install the trap, simple pipeline system, small heat dissipation loss. The distance between the tubes of U-tube soda heat exchanger is larger than that of the general shell and tube heat exchanger, and the size and weight of each heat exchange unit are smaller, which is easy to maintain and clean.
