Product Description

Copper tube coil strong heat transfer ability: compared with the light tube, heat transfer area can be increased by 2-30 times, copper tube coil heat transfer coefficient can be increased by 1-2 times.
Copper tube coil compact structure: due to the increase of heat transfer area per unit volume, heat transfer capacity, the same heat load compared to rain light tube, Fin Tube Heat Exchanger tube diameter or height can be reduced, because of the compact structure and easy to arrange.
Can be more effective and reasonable use of materials: not only because of the compact structure of the material consumption is reduced, and it is possible to flexibly choose materials for heat transfer and process requirements, such as inlaid or welded fin tubes made of different materials;
When the medium is heated, compared with the light tube, the wall temperature of the fin tube under the same heat load is reduced, which is beneficial to reduce the high temperature corrosion and overtemperature damage of the metal surface.
Whether the medium is heated or cooled, the heat transfer temperature difference is smaller than that of the light tube, which is beneficial to reduce the scaling on the outer surface of the tube. Another important reason for scaling reduction is that the finned tube will not form a uniform overall scale layer along the circumference or axial direction like the light tube, and the scale sheet formed along the finned and tube surface will break at the root of the fin under the action of expansion and contraction, causing the ridges to fall off.
For phase transformation heat, the heat transfer coefficient or critical heat flux can be made. The main disadvantages of fin tube are high cost and high flow resistance. The finned tube, such as air cooler, costs up to 50-60% of the equipment cost because of its complicated process; High resistance, resulting in high power consumption. However, if the modeling is appropriate, it can reduce the power consumption, and the benefit of heat transfer enhancement compared to the economical on the line.
