Brazing plate Heat Exchanger is composed of a series of corrugated metal sheets stacked by brazing. Thin rectangular channels of Brazed Heat Exchanger are formed between various plates through which heat is exchanged. Brazed Heat exchangers are made of thin corrugated metal sheets that are stamped. Fluid flows through channels between plates through carefully arranged corner interfaces. Refrigerant and heat medium always flow in opposite directions in adjacent channels for heat transfer. Since the edges of the plates are welded, the media will not flow out of the equipment. The contact point of each plate of the brazed heat exchanger is also the welding point, so as to bear the pressure of the medium.
Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger is an evolution of the detachable heat exchanger. The sealing material is changed from rubber pad to copper or nickel. All the plates are bonded together by copper or nickel solder. Just as all the contact points of the detachable heat exchanger plate must be closely fitted, all the contact points of the brazed heat exchanger must be completely welded together, so as to ensure that the heat exchanger has high heat exchange efficiency and compressive capacity, but also to obtain a long service life.
