HH finned tube, also known as square finned tube, is designed to recover waste heat of exhaust gas of power station boiler, industrial boiler, industrial kiln, ship power plant and so on, and H Fin Tube effectively improve the utilization rate of fuel. Because of the H fin tube characteristics of convective heat transfer of low-temperature flue gas, that is, the heat transfer coefficient A1 of flue gas to the tube wall is much smaller than the heat transfer coefficient A2 of flue gas to the steam side, it is very necessary to adopt an extended heating surface on the flue gas side. At present, the "economizer" (also known as economizer) used in the boiler has light tube type, spiral warping piece type, cast iron rib tube type, membrane wall tube type, etc., in addition to light tube type, the rest are expansion heating surface structure. The deficiencies of welded steel spiral fin tube in practical application are mainly that the expanded surface area is restricted by the manufacturing process, the spiral sheet around the tube is difficult to clear ash, easy to cause ash accumulation, ash blocking phenomenon, and its flue gas side of the flow resistance is high, so its application scope is greatly affected by the quality of fuel. Its advantage is high productivity, less manufacturing process, high material utilization rate. In the structural design of the finned tube, the separation structure is adopted for the ash-prone part of the tube, which overcomes the disadvantages of the helical tube, such as ash-prone accumulation, ash-blocking and gas resistance. It is an improved product of the helical finned tube. In addition, the fin tube is cantilever beam structure, under the action of pulse airflow, the vibration of the fin is more favorable to dust treatment.

H finned tube is called square finned tube, there are two types of H finned tube, one is a single tube, usually called square finned tube, the other is a double tube, usually called rectangular finned tube. Because the airflow between the heat exchange tube bundles is similar to the tandem flow characteristics, there is less dust accumulation on the heat exchange surface during operation, and the fins are more uniformly scoured. The effective utilization rate of the H-shaped fin expansion area is higher than that of the spiral finned tube, and the overall heat transfer efficiency It is about 10% higher than spiral finned tube bundle.
