The stainless steel heat exchange tube has the following advantages:

  1. The heat exchange tube adopts 0.5-0.8mm thin-walled tube, which improves the overall heat exchange performance. Under the same heat exchange area, the overall heat transfer coefficient is 2.121-8.408% higher than that of copper tube.

Because the inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the thickness of the bottom layer of the boundary laminar flow is reduced, which not only strengthens the heat exchange, but also improves the anti scaling performance. In order to eliminate welding stress, heat treatment was carried out at 1050 ℃ in shielding gas. All steel pipes are leak checked by differential pressure. The pressure is tested to 10MPa and there is no pressure drop for 5min.
